The first card series based on the disappearing islands of the Chesapeake Bay. This card design was inspired by Methodist Minister Stephen L. White’s efforts to save the last house on Holland Island, which collapsed in 2010. White purchased the sinking Island in 1995, investing nearly $150K to save the island. His excavator and bulldozer sank along with the last home.
